A ferromagnetic surface is most commonly a metal surface that has the ability to become magnetised when an external magnetic field is applied to it. STIC is designed to fit all standardised walking aids. The attachment has been tested to support a stem circumference of approx. 60mm – 78.6mm. However, If your attachment does not fit your walking aid, a refund will be provided for you, please see our terms and conditions policy. STIC is also compatible with standardised axillary crutches*

STIC® has been tested in hospital by patients with implanted medical devices with no adverse effects. It is generally advised that the attachment be kept 20cm away from any implanted medical device. We also advise that you consult your medical practitioner and IMD manufacturer before purchasing this product.

Though our metal plates are intended to come off without causing paint damage, as we use 'nano tape' technology, we cannot guarantee the quality of the paint or surface they are stuck to. Therefore, we advise, similar to a child gate, that removal of the magnetic plates may cause minor damage to the surface. Please refer to our terms and conditions.
